American Red Cross

The members of the American Red Cross gathered together today at The ADS Group’s Studio 120 to shoot a video as an effort to advocate the importance of the organization. Also in attendance was Dan Mannon, to share his inspirational and heroic story.   17-year-old Dan Mannon, went into cardiac arrest during a snowboarding trip on December, 28 at Afton Alps. Shane Linehan a former Washington County sheriff’s deputy jumped to his assistance. If it wasn’t for Linehan’s quick thinking, and training in CPR, Dan Mannon may not have been here today to tell his story.   “I’m very grateful for Shane, because if it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t be here right now. And thankful for Joe for having the AED, because that really saved me,” Mannon said. Mannon, has recently undergone CPR training himself for you never know when one basic training course can turn into a lifesaving act.
